We start by getting to know Lauren and her journey into ADHD parenting coaching, then we dig into the common parenting challenges that show up when ADHD is in the mix. Lauren shares practical strategies that actually help, especially for parents who have ADHD themselves, and we talk honestly about what to do when you’re overwhelmed in the thick of parenting and everything feels like too much.
